Data access can be public (by default under a cc-by 4.0 license) or limited to a consortium of partners that will receive from the Oak genome consortium a login and a password.

These GTUs are governed by French law regardless of the place of use. In the event of a difference in interpretation of a translated version, only the French version of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed authentic. In the event of a dispute or litigation, you agree to contact INRAE as a matter of priority in order to attempt to resolve amicably any dispute that may arise between the parties. In the event of a dispute or litigation arising from the validity, interpretation and/or execution of these GTUs which cannot be resolved amicably, except in the case of mandatory provisions, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
